We only support sending GBP to the United Kingdom via Faster Payments (FPS), CHAPs, or Bacs.
Below is a step-by-step guide on sending GBP to a bank account within the United Kingdom.
On the website
Log in to your account.
Proceed to "Balances" and select your GBP.
Click the Send icon, fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
On the Mobile app
Log in to your account.
On the homepage, Select your GBP balance from the dropdown.
Click the Send Money icon, fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
Note
You can either send GBP to a beneficiary or a new recipient. You can learn how to add beneficiaries here.
If you choose to send to a new recipient, you must fill out specific details like the recipient's country, recipient type, account number, sort code, swift code, first and last name, and a description (optional).
Once you have inputted the details, you need to validate the beneficiary. After the beneficiary has been validated, you can input your 2FA code and complete your transaction.
Please note that GBP transactions usually take 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
