You can swap between various currencies on Grey. To view the supported currency pairs, you can check our rates pages.
If you experience this error- Swap between the pairs are not supported yet; it simply means you can't convert between the two currencies you have selected.
On the website
Log in to your account.
Proceed to "Accounts" and select a currency you want to convert from.
Click the convert icon, fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
On the mobile app
Log in to your account.
On the homepage, Click on convert.
Select a currency you want to convert from the dropdown.
Select desired currency.
Fill out the amount, click "continue," and your converted funds will be in your corresponding account.
