Please ensure you have funded your UGX(Ugandan Shillings) balance to send payments to Uganda. We currently do not support UGX deposits. However, you can do this by swapping from supported currencies to UGX.

We support sending payments to Uganda via Mobile Money instantly; Bank accounts are not supported yet. For Mobile money, the following networks are supported:
Airtel
MTN
Below is a step-by-step guide on sending UGX once you have funded your balance.
On the website
Log in to your account.
Proceed to "Accounts" and select your UGX balance.
Click on "Send Money," fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
On the mobile app
Log in to your account.
On the homepage, Select your UGX balance from the dropdown.
Click the Send icon, fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
You can either send UGX to a Grey user using Grey tags or a new recipient. You can learn how to create a Grey tag here.
