We support sending payments to Tanzania via Mobile Money instantly; Bank accounts are not supported yet. For Mobile money, the following networks are supported:
Airtel
Tigo
Below is a step-by-step guide on sending TZS once you have funded your balance.
On the website
Log in to your account.
Proceed to "Accounts" and select your TZS balance.
Click on "Send Money," fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
On the mobile app
Log in to your account.
On the homepage, Select your TZS balance from the dropdown.
Click the Send Money icon, fill out the requested details, and follow the prompt.
You can either send TZS to a Grey user using Grey tags or a new recipient. You can learn how to send funds to a Grey user here.
