Your card will be deleted if you've had up to three failed transactions due to insufficient funds from the same platform. This is to avoid incurring unwanted charges.
How do you avoid card termination?
Please ensure your card is sufficiently funded for any payment, especially recurring payments.
Delete/remove your card from the platforms it has been added to or cancel your subscription to prevent charges on your card.
If your card transaction fails three (3) times due to insufficient funds, your card will be deleted.
If your card is frozen, you cannot complete transactions. Please fund and unfreeze your card.
