Can I withdraw from my virtual card?
Yes, you can withdraw funds from only your Master card. However, a minimum balance of $1 has to be left on your card. If you want to withdraw all the funds in your card, you can opt to delete your card. Your Visa card is linked to your balances.
How do I withdraw from my MasterCard?
You can now make a withdrawal request from the app or website; your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours. Once your withdrawal is successful, the amount will be credited to your Grey USD balance.
How do I delete my virtual card?
Please contact our support team to request the deletion of either your Mastercard or Visa card. Your request will be reviewed within 24 business hours. Once a Mastercard is deleted, any remaining balance will be refunded to your Grey USD balance. For Visa cards, no funds will be returned upon deletion, as the card is charged directly from your USD balance and is not separately funded.
