Yes, you can withdraw from your card. However, a minimum balance of $1 has to be left on your card. If you want to withdraw all the funds in your card, you can opt to delete your card.

You can now make a withdrawal request from the app or website; your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours. Once your withdrawal is successful, the amount will be credited to your Grey USD balance.

Please get in touch with our support team to carry out this action. So that you know, your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours. Once you delete your card, any remaining balance is returned to your Grey USD balance.

Also, could you confirm that you are not expecting refunds to your card before deleting your card, as this action cannot be revoked? If you are expecting a refund or have transactions on hold, please contact the merchant first.
