Various merchants have refund policies and timelines; you can check their website or Use Policy for this information.

How long do refunds to my virtual card take?

Please note that card refunds are not instant and may not arrive the same day it was sent by the merchant. Once a refund has been initiated to your card, this can take up to 7-21 working/business days to arrive on your card.

Unfortunately, we cannot track or see refunds until it gets to our end, but we'll automatically credit your balance once a refund is received.

If you've been waiting for more than 21 days, please contact the merchant and ask for the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN).

What is Acquirer Reference Number (ARN)?

An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) is a unique number assigned to a credit card transaction when it transfers from the merchant's bank through the payment processor to the cardholder's bank.

ARN is assigned to the credit card transaction as it moves through the payment flow. So if a refund appears to be delayed or missing, the unique number can be used by us to help trace the refund. The ARN is a unique 23-digit number.

Please get in touch with our support team once the timeline has been exceeded and you have gotten the ARN of your refund from the merchant.

Note: The merchant is the platform or site where your card was used to make a payment.
