Please tap on the message prompting you to verify your transaction.
You will find the exact deposit highlighted in yellow.
Tap on it and then tap on 'verify the transaction.'
State a clear purpose of the transaction.
State what your relationship with the sender is
Upload your supporting documents and submit them.
