How to use your Transaction ID
Find your TxID (Transaction hash):
For deposits (receiving crypto): Get the TxID (Transaction hash) from the sender (exchange or individual) who initiated the transfer to your Grey wallet.
For withdrawals (sending crypto): Find the TxID (Transaction Hash) in your wallet's transaction history on Grey, or contact support to get it.
Select the Correct Explorer: Every cryptocurrency operates on its own blockchain (or a shared one), so you must use the correct explorer. For example, use Blockchain.com for a Bitcoin transaction.
Search: Copy and paste your TxID into the search bar of the chosen blockchain explorer.
Review Details: The explorer will display all transaction details, including its status (confirmed or pending), the amount, and the associated addresses.
--If you cannot find the transaction after searching with the TxID (Transaction hash) it means the transaction was not successfully sent to your wallet.
