We take the security of our users' accounts very seriously, and we use the 2FA system as an added layer of security to protect your account. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to disable this feature to regain access to your account. If this happens to be the case, please follow the steps below to disable your 2FA.

Here is the process of disabling your 2FA.

  • Send an email to [email protected] requesting to disable your 2FA.

  • We'll reach out to you for an account recovery process and identity verification.

  • We may ask for specific details to validate your identity, but your request will be reviewed once you have provided these details.

  • Please set up your 2FA once you have regained access to your account.

Note

Grey would never ask you for your login details; please keep this information private from anyone.
