How to Create the Card
Open the Grey app and tap Cards at the bottom of the screen.
Once you're signed in, click 'Cards' under the menu bar.
Click on 'Get started.
Click 'Create Virtual card' and follow the prompts to complete your request.
How to Fund the Card
After creating your card, add funds before spending. To fund your Mastercard:
Go to Cards in the Grey app.
Tap your Mastercard.
Tap Add Money.
Enter the amount (minimum $2, maximum $2,500).
Funds move from your wallet to your card balance instantly. Your card balance and wallet balance are separate — spending on the card draws from the card balance only.
How to Withdraw Your Card Balance
If you have funds on your Mastercard that you want to move back to your USD wallet:
Go to Cards in the Grey app.
Tap your Mastercard.
Tap Withdraw.
Enter the amount (minimum $1, maximum $1,000).
There is no fee for withdrawals. Funds return to your USD wallet instantly.

How to Freeze or Delete the Card
To freeze: go to Cards, tap your card, and tap Freeze Card. The card cannot be used while frozen. Tap Unfreeze to restore it.
To delete: go to Cards, tap your card, and tap Delete Card. Any remaining card balance up to $3,000 is returned to your USD wallet.
