No. You can use your existing Grey account. Simply opt in to Paycheck in your Grey account.
My salary arrived, but Paycheck didn't activate. Why?
Your salary must be at least $300 or the equivalent in USD, GBP, or EUR and tagged as salary.
What is the minimum salary to qualify for Grey Paycheck?
Your qualifying salary amount is at least $300 or its equivalent received in your USD, GBP or EUR balance.
I'm a freelancer on Upwork, Fiverr, or Deel. Can I join?
Yes, tag the payment received as salary in your USD, GBP, or EUR account.
Will my salary split happen automatically every payday?
Yes. Once you've set up salary sorter, your chosen split repeats whenever you receive a qualifying salary payment.
Can I qualify more than once in a month if I receive multiple salary payments?
You can receive multiple salary payments in a month, but they count as one entry into that month's draw.
I missed a month. Have I lost everything?
No. Missing a month isn't the same as opting out. Benefits pause, settings stay, and the next salary switches back on.
I opted out and rejoined. Why can't I enter this month's draw again?
Yes. Once you've set up salary sorter, your chosen split repeats whenever you receive a qualifying salary payment.
How do I know if I've won?
Winners are selected each month randomly. The first draw is in early December, we will let you know if you win.
