Grey Paycheck

Everything You Need to Know About Grey Paycheck

Written by Ayomikun

Salary earners can do more than cover expenses after payday. Grey Paycheck can automate splitting your salary between savings and an emergency fund.

Grey Paycheck helps you manage your salary more intentionally. Once your salary hits a Grey USD, GBP, or EUR account and gets tagged, you get automatic salary splitting, a higher interest rate on savings, and monthly draws to win double your salary or free transfers.

How Grey Paycheck Works

  • Give your employer your Grey USD, GBP, or EUR account details, or tag a past payment as salary.

  • Tag your salary when the payment arrives to activate Paycheck for that month.

  • Set up your Salary Sorter to split your salary between your balance, Savings Pouch, and Emergency Fund Pouch. Your split repeats every payday.

  • Earn a higher savings interest rate when available and enter monthly draws to win double your salary or free transfers.

  • Track your salary history, employer details, and paid-month streak in your Salary Stats.

Note: Paycheck benefits reset monthly. If you don't receive a qualifying salary, benefits pause, but your settings remain saved.

Who is eligible for Grey Paycheck?

Here's how to qualify for Grey Paycheck:

  • Your salary payment must be at least the equivalent of $300.

  • The salary has to be received into a USD, GBP or EUR account.

  • Tag the payment as your salary.

Card payments and P2P transfers between Grey users don't qualify.

Paycheck benefits

  • Double Salary: Every month, five winners are selected at random to win double their salary. Each eligible salary has an equal chance of winning. The maximum payout per winner is $5,000.

  • Free transfer: 100 monthly winners get a free transfer on Grey for a month.

Draw Timing: When you qualify for Paycheck rewards in a calendar month, you enter that month's draw. The first draw takes place in early December.
