You can now send money to Chile using bank transfers or mobile money transfer from your Grey app. To send money to Chile and withdraw in CLP, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Grey account.
On your account dashboard, click "Send"
Select your saved beneficiary or click on "Send" to a "New recipient" if you are sending to a new recipient account.
Search "Chile" and choose" as the payout currency.
Input your recipient's details. Please ensure the details are correct.
Review the recipient details. Make sure all details are correct. Click "Continue"
Toggle on the button below to save the beneficiary account or not
Complete withdrawals using your 2FA code/PIN.
Please note that a 1% conversion fee applies when sending CLP.
The transfer fee for CLP Bank Transfers is $1 per transaction.
You can transfer a minimum of 100 CLP per transaction and a maximum of 4,500,000 CLP per transaction.
CLP transfers are completed within the next business day, Monday to Friday.
