You can now send money to Thailand using bank transfers or mobile money transfer from your Grey app.
Below is a step-by-step guide on sending THB to a bank account or using mobile money.
Log in to your Grey account.
From your home screen, select Send.
You can choose a saved beneficiary or a recent recipient. If you want to send to a new recipient, select "More"
Search for the currency you want to send, "Baht"
Tap on the Blue button "Add THB recipient"
Select "send via bank transfer" or "mobile money"
Fill in the recipient account details. Please ensure the details are correct
Review the recipient details. Make sure all details are correct. Click "Continue"
Complete withdrawals using your 2FA code/PIN.
Please note that a 1% conversion fee applies when sending THB.
The transfer fee for THB Bank Transfers and Mobile Money transfers is $1.80 per transaction.
Bank transfers are typically completed within one business day. To ensure your transfer is processed the same day, please make sure it is initiated before 6:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday. Transfers made after this time or over the weekend will be processed on the next available business day.
