You can now send money to Thailand using bank transfers or mobile money transfer from your Grey app. To send money to Thailand and withdraw in THB, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Grey account.
On your account dashboard, click "Send Money."
Select "Send via bank transfer," or "Send via Mobile Money"
Click on "Send to a new recipient."
Select "Destination country".
Search "Thailand" and choose "THB" as the payout currency.
Put in your PIN code and complete your withdrawal.
Transfers to Thailand can be processed using your USD, GBP, and EUR balances.
Please note that a 1% conversion fee applies when sending THB.
The transfer fee for THB Bank Transfers and Mobile Money transfers is $1.80 per transaction.
Bank transfers are typically completed within one business day. To ensure your transfer is processed the same day, please make sure it is initiated before 6:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday. Transfers made after this time or over the weekend will be processed on the next available business day.
