This is a step-by-step guide on how to add funds to your balance by converting currencies.
Log in to your account.
Select "currency."
Click "add money" and select "add via conversion."
Select the funded "currency" balance and input the amount.
Select the "currency" to be received.
Click on ''continue'' .

These currencies—UGH, IDR, PHP, MXN, BRL, and ZAR—can be converted, but they can't be saved directly to a balance. You can only convert them when sending them to the local bank.
Currencies like KES, TZS, and GHS can be converted and saved in their respective balances.
