How do I add money to my Grey account?

Written by Mojisola Aimasiko

At Grey, we’ve streamlined the process of adding money to your account, making it easy for you to fund your balances in various currencies.

Here's a quick guide to help you:

USD, EUR, and GBP balances:

  • Bank Transfer: You can add funds directly through a bank transfer. If you don't already have a bank account, you can easily create one using this guide.

  • Currency Conversion: If you have funds in another currency balance, you can convert them to USD, EUR, or GBP and add them to the respective balance.

NGN balances:

For Nigerian Naira (NGN) balances, the following options are available:

Note: Your new Naira bank account only supports deposits from an account that has the same name registered with your Grey account. Third-party deposits are no longer supported for your Naira account.

  • Currency Conversion: Convert funds from other balances to NGN.

  • Mono Direct Debit: You can also add money to your NGN balance through Mono Direct Debit for seamless transfers.
