To top up via Mono direct debit:
To deposit NGN into your account, follow these steps:
You can log in to your account on the website or using the mobile app.
Click on "Balances" and select your NGN balance.
Select "Deposit NGN," then choose the "Pay via Direct Debit (Mono)" payment method. Input the amount and click the confirmation box.
Once that's done, the Mono portal will be displayed. Click "Continue," select your bank, input your account details, and follow the prompts to complete your top-up.
To top up via bank transfer :
Generate a virtual NGN account on the app or website, and you will be assigned a unique 10-digit account number.
Copy your account number and paste it into your banking app. Fill out the amount you want to top up, select the bank, and input your PIN to complete your transaction.
