  • Are there daily deposit limits on the account?

    No, there are no daily deposit limits to this account.

  • Is this account only restricted to Nigerians?

    Yes, all users in the Nigerian region can request an account. Users outside this region cannot request an NGN account.

  • Do I have to create a transaction or generate a reference before transfers can be made to the account?

    No, you can quickly transfer your funds into the account from your local bank to the NGN account created, and it will reflect on your balance.

  • Can I share this account detail with people to make payments to me?

    Yes, you can share the details for others to make payments into; please copy the account details as they appear on your dashboard.

  • How long do transfers to my NGN account take?
