You can generate your proof of account for any currency with an account from both the mobile app and the website by following the steps below;
On the website
Log in to your account.
Select 'reports and statement.'
Select 'Proof of account.'
Select the currency.
Click on "download proof of account."
Your Proof of account will be saved to your device.
On the mobile app
Sign in to your account.
Select a currency balance.
Click on "account".
Click "proof of account."
Click "download proof of account."
Your Proof of account will be sent to your registered email.
