Below is a step-by-step guide on sending GHS to a bank account or mobile money.
Log in to your Grey account.
From your home screen, select Send.
You can choose a saved beneficiary or a recent recipient. If you want to send to a new recipient, select "More"
Search for the currency you want to send, "Ghana Cedis"
Tap on the Blue button "Add GHS recipient"
Select "send via bank transfer" or "mobile money"
Fill in the recipient account details. Please ensure the details are correct
Review the recipient details. Make sure all details are correct. Click "Continue"
Complete withdrawals using your 2FA code/PIN.
You can send payment to Ghana via bank transfer and via mobile money. The transfer fee for GHS(Cedi) mobile money transfer is $1 and $1.2 for bank transfer.
Mobile Money transfer is completed instantly, and bank transfer payment is processed within 1 business day.
