On the Website
Log into your Grey account.
On the homepage, click on "Invoices."
Click "Create New" on the invoice page and complete all the required details.
Click on "Proceed to Preview" to preview your invoice.
You can save the invoice as a draft, make edits, or send the invoice to the recipient.
On the Mobile app
Click "Create an Invoice" on the invoice page and complete all the required details.
Click on "Proceed to Preview" to preview your invoice.
You can save the invoice as a draft, make edits, or send the invoice to the recipient.
Once you click "Send invoice," an email containing the invoice is automatically sent to your customer and is not retractable.
Once you mark a payment as "Paid, " a payment receipt is usually emailed to your customer.
Marking the invoice as paid does not automatically mean that we have received a payment.
Your customer can complete the flow without having made any payment to you; hence, ensure that they follow the guides for the specific currency and get a valid receipt after this is completed.
