How to Create and Fund Your Grey Pouch

Written by Aisha

Pouch is a way to organise money on Grey, a dedicated space within your account for specific goals. You can create one or several, name them after your goals, and grow them through round-ups or by adding money directly.

You can hold USD, GBP, or EUR in any of your pouches without converting first and hold your round-ups in it. Roundups sweep the spare change from your Grey card purchases into your pouch. A $47.20 purchase rounds up $0.80. The minimum transaction is $1.

How to Create a Pouch

  • Log in to your Grey account and tap on "Grow" on your homepage

  • Tap on "Create a Pouch"

  • Click the button to start saving

  • Choose the currency you want to save in

  • Set up your pouch

  • Toggle the button to choose whether you want to enable Round-up in your pouch or disable it

  • Input the amount you want to add to your pouch. You can top up your pouch with any amount, with a minimum of $10, €10, or £10 to create and fund it. After that, top-ups start from $0.01.

  • Tap on Continue, then tap on Fund Pouch and complete the process

How to Fund Pouch

  • Select "Grow" on your homepage

  • Tap on the pouch you want to add funds to

  • Choose the wallet balance you want to fund from

  • Input the amount you want to add to your pouch

  • Tap on the Continue button and follow through the steps

  • Grey Pouch is a sub-wallet inside your Grey account. It is not a bank savings account, so it does not earn interest.

  • Pouch helps you organise and hold funds in the currency you choose in your named goals without moving money out of Grey. Should you require further assistance, you can reach out to [email protected]
