What is Grey Rewards?
Grey Rewards is our new points programme that rewards you for using your Grey card. Every time you spend on your card, you earn points you can redeem for gift cards and e-SIM data.
How do I earn points?
You earn points when you spend on your Grey card. Transactions under $10 don't qualify, and there is no monthly cap.
When do my points become available?
Points are issued as soon as your transaction settles. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or charged back, any points earned from it will be removed.
What is the Welcome Bonus?
If you spend $200 (cumulative) on your card within 3 months of your first qualifying transaction, you'll automatically earn 500 bonus points, on top of the 200 points you'd already earn from that spend. This is a one-time bonus per user.
If any of the transactions counting toward your $200 are refunded, they'll be deducted from your progress.
What can I redeem my points for?
Gift cards: including Uber, Netflix, Amazon, TikTok, Spotify, PlayStation, Google Play, App Store & iTunes, Airbnb, Uber Eats, and Starbucks.
e-SIM data packs: for travel and everyday data.
Do I have to pay the full amount in points?
No, you can pay fully in points, fully in cash, or combine both — whichever works best for you.
Can I earn points on transfers or crypto purchases?
Not yet. Right now, points are earned only through card spend. Transfers, crypto discounts, and a few other earn methods are planned for future phases.
Is there an expiry on points?
Yes, points expire 12 months after they're earned. Be sure to redeem them before they expire to avoid losing their value.
Who can join Grey Rewards?
All Grey users. New and existing users can start earning points on qualifying card spend right away.
