Grey Rewards is our loyalty programme that rewards you for eligible purchases made with your Grey card. When you make a qualifying purchase, you earn Reward Points that you can use to redeem a range of rewards, including Gift Cards, eSIMs, Airtime & Data, and Bills.
Grey Rewards gives you more value from your everyday spending — the more you spend on eligible purchases, the more points you can earn and redeem.
How Can I Earn Reward Points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent using your Grey card on eligible transactions.
Only card transactions of $10 or more qualify for reward points, and there is no monthly limit on the number of points you can earn. Reward points are earned only through eligible card spending.
Where Can I See My Points?
You can check your Reward Points balance from the Lifestyle tab on the Grey app.
To view your points:
Open the Grey app.
Go to the Lifestyle tab from the home screen.
Tap Points.
You’ll see your available and pending points balances.
What do Pending and Available points mean?
Pending: Points earned from a recent purchase that has not settled yet. Pending points cannot be redeemed.
Available: Points from purchases that have settled. These points are ready to redeem.
Your total points may appear higher because it includes both your available and pending points. However, redemptions can only use available points.
For example, if you have 500 Available points and 300 Pending points, your total balance is 800 points, but only the 500 Available points can be used for a redemption.

How does the welcome bonus work?
The welcome bonus is only available to new cardholders who haven't yet spent on their card and can earn 500 bonus points by spending $200 within the offer window.
Eligible users can earn a 500-point welcome bonus when they spend $200 in qualifying card transactions within their first 3 months.
The 500 bonus points are added to the points earned from your qualifying spend. After the 3-month welcome period, you continue earning points at the standard rate through eligible Grey card spend.
What happens to my points when I redeem a reward?
When you successfully redeem a reward, the points used for the redemption are deducted from your balance, and your updated balance is shown. If a redemption cannot be completed, your points won't be deducted.
How Points + Cash works
You can pay for eligible redemptions using Points, Cash, or Points + Cash.
If your points don't cover the full cost, you can use your points and pay the remaining amount from one fiat wallet.
If your points cover the full cost, only your points will be used, even if you selected Points + Cash.
You can use only one fiat currency per transaction. For example, you can use Points + USD or Points + EUR, but you cannot combine USD and EUR in the same transaction.

Only Visa card transactions of $10 or more qualify for Reward Points. Grey Rewards is not available for Mastercard transactions.
You can redeem your points via the Android app and the website. On iOS, you need enough available points to complete a Gift Card purchase. If you don't have enough, earn more points or purchase the Gift Card on the web app.grey.co.
