How do I qualify for the cashback?
To qualify, you have to:
Create and activate your Visa card
Make your first purchase of above $25.
Wait for the transaction to settle successfully, which can take 3–15 days
When will I receive my cashback?
Cashback is credited to your USD account once the qualifying transaction settles with the merchant (3–15 days). You’ll receive both a push notification and an email when it’s credited.
Where will I receive my cashback?
Cashback is credited to your USD account after the transaction settles and can be used for payments, transfers, or supported transactions in your account.
What counts as my first qualifying transaction?
Your first completed purchase above $25 counts. We don't count pre-authorisations (active card checks).
How will I know the cashback has been credited?
You’ll see a transaction in your history labelled Card Cashback. Also, you’ll receive a push notification and email confirmation.
Can I get cashback more than once?
No. Cashback is only rewarded on your first qualifying transaction, even if you activate multiple Visa cards.
Does this campaign apply to multiple Visa cards?
No. Only your first qualifying transaction on one Visa card qualifies.
What if my transaction settles after the campaign ends?
As long as the transaction was made within the campaign period, cashback will still be credited after settlement.
What happens if my transaction is refunded or reversed before or after my cashback has been paid?
Cashback will not be credited to your account if your qualifying purchase is refunded or reversed.
If your qualifying purchase is refunded or reversed after cashback is credited, the cashback will be withdrawn from your account.
How much cashback will I earn?
You’ll receive 10% cashback, up to a maximum of $15. For example:
$50 spend → $5 cashback
$2500 spend → $15 cashback (max)
Does this campaign apply to my MasterCard?
No. The cashback campaign only applies to Visa cards.
