What are the applicable fees?
Transaction fees apply and may vary depending on the type of transaction. For buying, selling, or swapping, the rate you see already includes everything. You'll see the exact amount clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
How is the amount of crypto I receive calculated when I buy?
We use the live market rate at the time of your transaction, then apply the applicable fees. The final crypto amount you'll receive is displayed clearly on the transaction summary screen before you confirm.
How do I send crypto to someone?
Go to the Send section, select the cryptocurrency, enter the recipient's wallet address, and confirm the amount. Always double-check the wallet address before sending, as blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Can I receive crypto from another wallet or exchange?
Yes. You can receive crypto by sharing your wallet address with the sender. Ensure they send it on a supported network for that asset.
What happens if I send crypto to the wrong address?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send it to the wrong address or wrong network, recovery is not possible. Always verify the address and network before confirming any transaction.

You can select your USD or USDC wallet as the source of funds for your purchase.
Can I see all the costs before I confirm a purchase?
Yes. A full transaction summary screen is shown before you confirm, displaying the amount of crypto you'll receive, the exchange rate applied, and all fees. You are never charged without first reviewing and authorising the transaction.
How quickly will I receive my fiat after selling crypto?
Once the transaction is confirmed and executed, the fiat amount is credited to your selected wallet within a few minutes.
