To withdraw to Morocco, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Grey account.
From your home screen, select Send.
You can choose a saved beneficiary or a recent recipient. If you want to send to a new recipient, select "More"
Search the currency you want to send, MAD
Tap on the Blue button "Add recipient"
Select "send via bank transfer"
Select the Recipient Country,
Fill in the recipient account details. Please ensure the details are correct
Review the recipient details. Make sure all details are correct. Click "Continue"
Complete withdrawals using your 2FA code/PIN.
Select "Send via bank transfer."
Click on 'Send to a new recipient.'
Select "Destination Country".
Choose "Moroccan Dirham" as the payout currency.
Input your recipient's details.
Put in your PIN code and complete your withdrawal.
MAD withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday and delivered the next business day.
