Updating Personal Information Before KYC Verification

Before completing your KYC, you can change personal information directly from your profile settings.

  • Name:


    -Click on "Your Profile"

    -Click on "Edit" button

    -Input your correct name

    -Click on "Save Changes"


  • Country of Residence and Address:

    -Click on "Account Setting"




    -Click on "Account verification''

    -Click on "Edit" under account information

    -Update your country, postal code, state, city and address.

    -Click on "Save Changes"


  • Phone number:

    To change your phone number, please contact [email protected] or send an in-app message.

  • Email:

    To update your email address, please check this article

Updating Personal Information After KYC Verification

  • Name Changes: Changes to your name require official supporting documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, marriage certificate, or affidavit).

    We're unable to edit your name once you have created a bank account.

  • Email & Phone Number: These can be updated, but you'll need to complete authentication. Please contact our support team

  • Country of Residence: Please share the following:
    -Name of the new country

    -House address

    -Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement) and postal code.

  • House Address: Please share the postal code, old and new addresses and proof of new address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).

We're unable to edit your name once you've created a bank account.
