To withdraw to Mexico, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Grey account.
From your home screen, select Send.
You can choose a saved beneficiary or a recent recipient. If you want to send to a new recipient, select "More" or "send to a new recipient"
Search the currency you want to send, MXN
Tap on the Blue button "Add MXN recipient"
Fill in the recipient account details. Please ensure the details are correct
Enter the transaction amount.
Review the recipient details. Make sure all details are correct. Click "Continue"
Toggle on the button below to save the beneficiary account or not
Complete withdrawals using your 2FA code/PIN.
MXN withdrawals and sending Mexican peso payments to Mexico are the same.
Please remember that there is a 1% conversion fee for USD to MXN.
The withdrawal fee is $0.6
MXN withdrawals are instant; delays may occur due to the bank's network.
