You can make payments on AliExpress using your Grey virtual USD card. Here's a guide below:
You can skip this step if you have already gotten your Grey card and funded it.
Log in to your AliExpress account.
Click on "Account" and select "Payment" from the drop-down.
Click on "Add a new card."
Enter your card details correctly, including card number, Name on card, date, and CVV, and save.
Note that after you add your card, a small test amount ($1) will be deducted by AliExpress for verification purposes. See more details in the image below.
Once you have saved your card as a payment method, you can select the saved card for payment during checkout.
Troubleshooting common payment error codes on AliExpress
"Rejected by the bank or financial institution, only from whom the detailed reason for rejection can be confirmed."
Please ensure you entered your card details correctly; also confirm you have saved your card as a payment method, as explained here, before making any payments.
"Due to security reasons, card verification(appeal) is required." This is just a security check by AliExpress.
Please click on "submit appeal" and provide the required documents to prove your identity to Aliexpress and verify you own the card. Once your appeal is approved, you should be able to carry out payments. It usually takes 1-3 working days to get an appeal result on AliExpress.
"Wrong CVV code was entered."
Please enter the correct CVV code for your card and retry your payment.
"Expiry date of the card is wrong, or the card is expired."
Please try again with the correct expiry date or confirm your card expiry date is still valid.
