You can link your Grey GBP or EUR account to Neteller; here's a guide.
Log into your Neteller account.
You can just head over to the Money out section.
Click on Add a bank Account and enter your Grey account details.
You may be asked to verify your bank account; you can learn how to do this here.
Once you have successfully linked your account, you can withdraw from Neteller to your Grey account.
Note
Your withdrawal will fail if your Neteller account's name does not matchh your bank account's name. Withdrawals on Neteller are only allowed to a personal bank account, and any withdrawal to a third-party bank account will fail.
