You can link your US, UK, or EU bank accounts to Skrill; here's a guide.
Log into your Skrill account.
You can head over to the Withdraw section.
Click on Add a bank account and enter your foreign account details.
You may be asked to verify your bank account; you can learn how to do this here.
Once you have successfully linked your account, you can withdraw from Skrill and transfer it to your foreign account on Grey.
Your withdrawal will fail if your Skrill account's name does not match your bank account's name. Skrill withdrawals are only allowed to a personal bank account; any withdrawal to a third-party bank account will fail.
