Please ensure that:
Your account is fully verified.
You have sufficient balance in the currency you want to send from (USD, EUR, or GBP).
You have the accurate recipient details as required for Egypt transfers.
To withdraw or send payments to Egypt, please follow these steps:
For bank transfers:
Log in to your Grey account.
On your account dashboard, choose the USD balance.
On the USD balance, click "send money."
Select "Send via bank transfer."
Click on 'Send to a new recipient.'
Select "Destination Country".
Choose "Egyptian Pound" as the payout currency.
Input your recipient's details and fill in your PIN to complete your withdrawal.
For mobile money:
Select "Send via mobile money."
Click on 'Send to a new recipient.'
Fill in your recipient's details and input your PIN to complete your transaction.
How long does it take to receive EGP transfers?
Typically processed within 1 -2 business days.
The fee for payouts to Egypt is $2 for bank transfers and $2.5 for mobile money transfers.
