Guideline for uploading documents needed for deposit verification

The supporting documents you’ll be required to upload will depend on the reason for the deposit.

For deposits from an individual account

Salary (from an individual account)

  • The purpose of the transaction

  • The receipt of the transaction showing the sending bank name, logo, and other transaction details

  • The proof of employment with the sender or proof of an agreement between you and the sender regarding the job

  • Proof of work. This could be your LinkedIn profile, profile on popular freelancing websites, or any page that can externally prove your work.

For deposits from a business account

  • The receipt of the transaction, payslip, or invoice

  • The proof of your employment with the company (employment or contract letter)

  • For salaries and contract payments, please attach your proof of work. This could be your LinkedIn profile, profile on popular freelancing websites, or any page that can externally prove your work.

Once you've finished the process, your submission will be reviewed, and you will get a response on the status of your transaction within 72 hours.

  • Please do not send these documents in advance. We cannot check them before payment is made to your account.
