Buying Your eSIM
Log in to your Grey account.
Go to Lifestyle.
Select eSIMs.
Tap Get an eSIM.
Choose the country you'll be using the eSIM in.
Select a plan that fits your data needs.
Tap Buy eSIM.
Choose your preferred balance to pay with. You can also combine this with your available points.
Tap Continue.
Review your order details carefully to make sure everything's correct — country, plan, and amount — then confirm your payment.
Authorise the payment using your PIN or 2FA code.
Once your payment goes through, you'll receive a confirmation email with your eSIM details.
Installing Your eSIM
Once you're ready to activate your eSIM, please follow these steps:
Open the Grey app.
Go to Lifestyle.
Tap eSIMs, then My eSIMs.
Select the eSIM you just purchased to view its installation and activation instructions.
eSIM purchases are non-refundable; please double-check your selection before confirming.
