When sending or receiving cryptocurrency, it’s important to use the correct network. Many coins exist on multiple blockchains, and sending funds to the wrong network can result in permanent loss.

How to Know Which Networks Are Supported

  1. Check the Exchange or Wallet Details

    • Before depositing or withdrawing, always look at the network options listed in your Grey wallet or exchange.

    • For example, USDT may appear on Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), or Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20).

  2. Verify the Receiving Address

    • Make sure the network selected matches the network of the recipient address.

    • Sending funds across incompatible networks (e.g., ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 wallet) may lead to permanent loss.

Key Tip

Always double-check both the network and the coin type before confirming a deposit or withdrawal. A small mistake can result in lost funds that are very difficult or impossible to recover.

Here is a table of the coins we support and the corresponding networks.
