Your Visa Card offers benefits in two categories: Travel and Purchases. This guide explains how to easily claim your benefits.

Here's how to:

  1. Sign up and complete registration

  2. Confirm your email to access your dashboard

  3. Accept Visa’s terms

  4. Complete your profile. This helps Visa to correctly identify the user when they open a claim for a benefit.

  5. Add your Visa card details from the Grey app

Once your card is verified, your benefits are active.

After your card details are validated, you have full access to the benefits portal. You can update your profile by uploading documents or clicking “Update later" to do it later.

Always review the terms for each benefit before submitting a claim, as the requirements may differ.
