We are migrating users with a Clear Junction Bank account to a new US bank. To simplify this process, we’ve compiled answers to some likely questions you may have.

1. Will I get a new US account number?

Yes, you’ll be issued a new US account number immediately. Please request it directly from your dashboard, and we'll provide your new account details immediately.

2. What types of payments will the new account support?

Your new US bank account will support WIRE and ACH payments, making receiving money from clients, employers, and platforms easier.

3. What happens to funds already sent to my current account?

There's no need to worry — your funds are safe. All incoming transfers will be automatically reversed within 5-7 working days. If you do not get a reversal at the end of the timeline, please get in touch with your bank for a recall.

4. Will my USD account details change permanently?

Yes. Please update any clients, employers, or platforms with your new account information to avoid disruptions.

5. How long will it take to get my new US account?

Once you request it from your dashboard, your new US account will be issued immediately.

6. What is the deposit fee for the new account?

The deposit fee for ACH is 0.8%, and WIRE has a flat fee of $20. You can view our full transaction fees here.

7. What is the timeline for receiving deposits in the new account?

The timeline for receiving an international deposit is 1-2 working days, not including weekends or public holidays.
