Why are you changing your pricing structure?
At Grey, we’re committed to offering affordable and transparent services to our users. We aim to reduce costs while maintaining competitive and transparent pricing.
When will the new pricing structure take effect?
The updated pricing structure will go into effect on January 1, 2025.
What are the new fees for receiving money via ACH, SEPA, and FPS?
The fee for receiving money via ACH ($), SEPA (€), or FPS (£) is now 0.8% with a minimum charge of $2/€2/£2 and a maximum charge of $10/€10/£10.
For example:
Receiving $1,000 via ACH will now cost $8 instead of $10.
A £5,000 deposit will now cost £10, down from £50.
A €500 deposit will now cost €4, down from €5.
What are the new deposit fees for receiving money via BACS and CHAPS (£)?
BACS deposits will have a flat fee of £15.
CHAPS deposits will have a flat fee of £25.
What’s changing for withdrawing (sending) EUR and GBP?
The fee for withdrawing EUR and GBP remains 0.5%.
The minimum charge has been reduced from €5/£5 to €2/£2, and the maximum fee is now capped at €10/£10.
For example:
Sending £300 now costs £2, down from £5.
Sending €3,000 now costs €10, down from €15.
Are there any changes to fees for very small deposits?
For very small deposits (below $250/€250/£250), the new minimum fee of $2/€2/£2 may be slightly higher than the previous 1% fee. If you regularly receive small deposits, we recommend bundling them to optimize your costs.
Will my conversion fees change?
No, our conversion fees will remain the same. The changes only apply to deposit and withdrawal fees.
