What you need to process a successful USD transfer:
Account number
Account type (current, savings, and checking)
Bank name
Routing number
First and Last name
Recipient street address
Recipient city
Recipient state
Recipient zipcode
How to send ACH and Wire using Grey
Log in to your Grey account.
From your home screen, select Send.
You can choose a saved beneficiary or a recent recipient. If you want to send to a new recipient, select "New recipient"
Select currency (USD)
Select "send via bank transfer"
Fill in the recipient details. Please ensure you select the correct payment scheme for your transfer.
Review the recipient details. Make sure all details are correct. Click "Continue"
Complete withdrawals using your 2FA code/PIN.
We now support USD payouts using ACH and Wire.
