How to update your EUR and GBP Account on the Mobile App.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to update the new account details on the app.

  • Could you make sure you have the latest version of the app?

  • Please log in to your account; you're only required to update your account if you can see the banner below on your app.

  • On the home page, Scroll down and click "Create my foreign account."

  • You will be redirected to the "Foreign accounts" Page. Select either EUR or GBP.

  • For this guide, we selected EUR. Scroll down the page and click "Get your new account details."

  • Your account request will be reviewed within a few minutes. If you experience any errors, share a screenshot with our support team to help you.
